1、艺术院校相关专业，美术设计功底扎实，手绘能力强，能熟悉运用平面设计软件，具有较高的艺术设计能力和审美观点，创意独特； 2、熟悉四、五星级酒店各类造型风格，企业文化和经营理念； 3、熟悉国内外饰品流行趋势，了解艺术品材料，特性及搭配，善于搭配整体空间； 4、具有团队合作精神，自主共赢思维，良好的沟通表达能力。 二、岗位职责： 1、负责酒店艺术品设计，根据客户需求提供设计方案； 2、协助业务部门与客户洽谈，提供技术支持。 Artwork designer of interior design 1.Graduated from relevant major in art colleges, good foundational skill of art design, good ability of hand drawing, proficiency in graphic design soft wares, has high art design ability and aesthetic view, special creativity; 2.Familiar with different styles of four-star、five-star hotel, enterprise culture and operation ideas; 3.Familiar with the popular trend of accessories, know the materials、characters and collocation of the artwork, good at general spatial collocation; 4.With team spirit, independent and mutual win thinking, good skill of communication and expression; 5.Responsible for artwork design of hotel, provide the design scheme according to the needs of client; 6.Coordinate with marketing department to negotiate with client, provide the technical support. |
